We shear our sheep by hand when the fleece is ripe. This differs
for each sheep. We start around mid May and late June we finish. We place
the sheep in a head stand. Some sheep can be rooed.
Each fleece is immediately scored, cleaned and rolled. The
fleece is then put in a plastic bag and the color and weight is listed on
the bag.
